The firm's origin dates back to the time when Francis X. Smith, opened an office in Bardstown, Kentucky in 1968.  Mr. Smith and his son Francis X. Smith II manage the firm which serves a diverse group of clients throughout the region.  Effective January 1, 2011, Jason O. Strange was admitted to the firm and the firm organized as a professional limited liability company.
