Clara N. Gunning is a CPA with 20 years of experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Louisville in 1990. Clara is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also active in her church, St Thomas, and was the former chair of the finance committee. Clara is currently the chair of the CSA (Catholic Service Appeal).

Regina has extensive training and experience on Quickbooks software for small business.

She received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University. During her time at WKU, Kim was a member of the National Honor Society and Treasurer of Beta Alpha Psi. Kimberly married Bill Fell, Jr. in 1995 and they live in Cox's Creek with their three sons, Nathan, Alex and Thomas. They are active members of St. Michael Church in Fairfield, where Kimberly is also a member of the Choir.
